Happy New Year!! The gym's reopening tomorrow, Mon 2nd Jan, I've just had two weeks off no need to take the public holiday off as well. Let's get back into it 😃💪🏻

I don't bother putting much on here, I'm too busy living in the real world (I'll never give the 'socials' much of my precious energy)...

But I would like to take a sec to thank everyone I get to see regularly in the gym! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 You make my work life a pleasure, seeing your friendly faces each week (even tho sometimes shooting mad grimaces at me 🤨.. 😅) I'll continue giving you my energy, experience and encouragement.

For those I unfortunately don't get to see very often, I hope you spend 2023 getting the most you can out of this life, see it as an opportunity to learn and evolve, hopefully mostly with a smile on your face, if not, at least pushing forward head 1st!

Alright I may post again in another 6 months or so.... ⏳🤔🙄😆

Due to the increasing cost of living and running the business there will be a modest increase to the Steel Fitness Pricing Structure in the New Financial Year.
This is the first increase I've made since Steel Fitness started, I understand everyone has felt the tough last couple of years, however this is necessary to keep the doors open and lights on! Thanks for your understanding.

Also all morning classes will be Strong as Steel - Strength Circuit Classes, as they are the most in demand. Steel Fit - Kickfit Classes will remain on Tues and Thurs evenings.
