π£ JOB OPPORTUNITY β GYM ADMINISTRATION POSITION
Weβre looking for a friendly, organised and reliable person to join our team! π§‘πͺ
We are a family-owned and operated gym with over 16 years in the fitness industry, and weβre looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can help keep our day-to-day administration running smoothly.
The role will include:
β’ General reception & administration duties
β’ Answering phone calls, emails and member enquiries
β’ Membership administration and account updates
β’ Following up enquiries and potential new members
β’ Data entry and general computer work
β’ Assisting with social media and promotions
β’ Providing great customer service to our members
β’ Helping with the general organisation of the gym
Weβre looking for someone who is:
β¨ Friendly, confident and approachable
β¨ Highly organised with good attention to detail
β¨ Reliable and able to work independently
β¨ Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
β¨ A great communicator
β¨ Positive and happy to be part of a small, close-knit team
Previous administration or reception experience would be an advantage, and experience within the fitness industry is a bonus β but the right attitude and personality are most important.
π Location: Clarkson/Merriwa area
