New Year New location! classes are back for 2025 on Monday, 6 January at 6:30 pm at Rossmoyne CommunityHall, 71 Central Avenue Rossmoyne. I ’m joining The Jungle Body with Bec and Caprice Team whilst Caprice is on Maternity leave. Come along and join Bec and myself in the new hall. We can’t wait to party with you.

🎄CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR SCHEDULE 🥳

My work is finishing up this week for 2024 but my FUN is only just getting started. No rest for the wicked I’ll be dancing my way to the end of the year and continuing strong for the start of 2025.

If anyone is free and wants to join the fun please come along. Members of each gym are free. Casual passes are available for non members.

All of my classes resume on the normal timetable from 2nd of January 2025.

Don’t forget, I am now running classes with Bec from The Jungle Body with Bec and Caprice (Caprice is on maternity leave) and class will be back in the new hall in Rossmoyne from the 6th Jan 2025.

Do you love dance fitness but can no longer keep up with those high impact workouts. Even if you love the high impact programs you will still get a good workout and most importantly have a lot of fun.

Excited to announce GetLow is coming to City of Canning Leisureplexes

Join me Thursday mornings
9.30am - 10.15am

Casual passes available
$17.50 or $14 conc

10 class passes
$157.50 or $126 conc

There is also the option for monthly memberships. They are extremely affordable.

For full membership including gym, Group Fitness classes, swimming and wellness centre
$20.50 or $16.40 conc per week

Group Fitness classes only
$15.50 or $12.40 conc per week.
