Our amazing Tuesday morning GETLOW crew 😍

Who’s joining us today and Thursday in Edgewater?! 💃🏼

Here is a little about our GETLOW classes ⬇️

GETLOW is a 45 minute low impact dance cardio class suitable for:

⭐️ Baby boomers
⭐️ Pre & post natal*
⭐️ Generation X
⭐️ Recovery & rehabilitation*
⭐️ Injured, impaired & mobility issues*
⭐️ The uncoordinated with no beat

Classes are $8 per class with a seniors/concessions card or $10 per class without.

Timetable:

When: Tuesday’s at 11am
Where: North Beach Community Centre, 20 Castle Street, North Beach

When: Thursday’s at 9:30am
Where: Life Gym Martials Arts, 8/21 Joondalup Drive, Edgewater

Hey IG Fam!

This year, Salim (aka my amazing husbo) is taking part in RMHC WA Ride for Sick Kids 2023! That means he will be riding with 32 other riders, 450km between 4 - 7 May to raise money for WA's home away from home for families with sick or injured kids, Ronald McDonald House Charities WA.

His goal is to raise $10000, so head over to his fundraising page (link in my bio) to donate. Any amount helps these families so much.

He is really looking forward to doing RMHC WA Ride for Sick Kids 2023, and thanks you all so much for any support you can give to help reach his fundraising target!

GETLOW® is a low impact workout designed to ignite your mind, move your body & is suitable for all ages, body weights, fitness levels and abilities ☀️

It is a 45 minute full body workout using boxing, dance, dumbbells, light cardio & seriously good music to transform your mind & body ✨
