Winter warmer breakfast

Warm oatbran mixed with vanilla protein shake, topped with apple and cinnamon 💖

I wanted a change from my usual overnight oats and mixed berries, so I opted for this. Another favorite breakfast of mine 🍎

Cinnamon contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds! Just what I need this time of year.
And it tastes good 😍

WA Cup 2019

What a great day! So many talented Wrestlers and amazing matches.

I won gold 🏅in my category and had two exhibition matches; 1 lost and 1 won.

Now to focus back on training and preparing for the next competition 🤼‍♀️

Sunday was competition day again and WA wrestling clubs came together to compete against each other. It was a great day and awesome to see so many talented wrestlers.
Thanks to coach Adrian and all the other Wrestlers who help us learn and improve every day.

Now back to training and setting new goals!
