At the start of a competition athletes go through a weigh in and equipment check process run by APU referees ✅

There is nothing worse than when the referees have to turn away your equipment because it doesn’t meet the IPF approved equipment list 😩

Get organised and check your equipment NOW to save yourself the stress further down the track of your comp prep.

Competing at the ‘Night of Champions’ in April? Or the ‘Strength Club Open’ in May? NOW is your time to check your equipment and make changes to your equipment if required 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

The successful Coach will receive Certificate + Polo Shirt + Badge + Access for coaching in APU Sanctioned Comp.

This will needed to coach / handle at APU sanctioned events

Hi Competitors and Coaches,

We have received the medals at Strength Club Perth for the Open & Junior State Championships,

If you would like to collect your medal (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) we welcome you to come down for a free session at our facility - so it may not put you out from your own training time.

Staff hours are on our website or DM us to arrange another time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, unfortunately Australia Post had lost our parcel in Sydney.

The medals were organised by APU to arrive on time.

However the medals were "stranded" for more than 4 weeks at the NSW "AUS Post" facility.

I also want to use this to say a BIG thank you again to you all, WA States was one of the electrifying events i've seen and we have an amazing community here in WA.

I look forward to seeing you all as always.

Last week Paul Rucci resigned as the State Manager and Dion Stewart also resigned from her positions as the State Officiating and Anti-Doping Officer.

The APU WA Cup is still on at Rucci's Gym on Feb 23 and registrations are open now.
