Renshinkai.Karate.Australia Terry Steward (7th Dan), a Karate Master in his own right, a man with great knowledge in martial arts and other styles of Karate.

Renshinkai stands for Strength & Unity
The concept of Renshinkai was developed by Master Dickie Wu (7th Dan), who in his early years trained under the late kyokushinkai Grandmaster Masa Oyama (10th Dan), Master Steve Arneil (8th Dan) and with Goju Ryu Master Steve Morris (8th Dan). he began karate at the age of 13 and was trained by Steve Arneil and Bob Bolton. amongst the various styles he has d

one, he has attained a 2nd Dan in Wadu Ryu, Gojo Ryu and black belt in Kyokushinkai. He has also done Sankinkai, which involves a lot of spinning techniques. he obtained his 3rd Dan in this style. A student of these great Masters Abrar Hussain (6th Dan) started karate at the age of 19. He achieved a black belt in Shokukai Karate. He trained in Kyokushinkai for over 4 years and is currently a black belt 6th Dan in Renshinkai Karate. He strongly believes in Traditional Karate, the oriental philosophy behind it as well as the strength and physicality of it. He considers Karate "A Way of Life" which he continued even during cancer illness. Renshinkai is a mixture of many styles, mainly Kyokushinkai and Goju Ryu, taking out the essence of many arts and bringing them together to form Renshinkai. For example, it is not unusual to see holding techniques of Wrestling, the footwork of Boxing or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ground fighting. Renshinkai has strict traditional discipline and a modern approach to training methods, with the main emphasis on day to day practical scenarios. It is not "Sport Karate" but a Fighting Art.
