🚨 Face Pulls – Are You Doing Them Right? 🚨

Face pulls are great for shoulder strength and posture, but only when done correctly! Here’s what you need to know:

✅ DO:
✔ Set the cable at face height
✔ Keep elbows high & pull the rope toward your face
✔ Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top
✔ Control the movement—no jerking

❌ DON’T:
✖ Let your shoulders shrug up
✖ Drop your elbows too low
✖ Use too much weight—form over ego
✖ Lean back or arch your lower back
