PLAYING TO YOUR STRENGTHS πͺποΈπ₯
You're standing in a room of 30 people, who are all applying for the same job. The recruiter picks you out and asks "why should we hire you?"
You need to have a solid answer to this question, otherwise just like your application, they'll take one look at you and toss you to the side (sorry).
Knowing your strengths and how to use them to your advantage is critical to landing a job. If you don't know what your strengths are, employers surely won't.
Here's how you can identify your strengths π
π Start by creating a list of the things you are good at. There's no place for modesty here, be confident π
π¬ Ask someone you're close with to share their thoughts on what your strengths are. They can often see things you don't.
π€ Think back to when you've succeeded in the past. Did you use a certain skill, was it something you enjoyed?
There's something only you can bring, that no-one else can.
The Job Search Secrets course can help you identify your goals, skills and passions, so that you can turn up everyday being the best version of you!
