It’s been a little over three years since life forced me to slow down.
A mix of health issues, stress, and one last heavy sparring session with a close friend Denis made me step back and really listen.
I didn’t feel lost — I simply understood, calmly and clearly, that nothing lasts forever, including myself. And it was time to fight for the dreams that matter outside the ring.

Now, at nearly 51, I’m rebuilding with what no one can ever take away from me: discipline, experience, and the values that actually matter.
Boxing shaped me, but the real growth came from stepping away and learning who I am beyond the gloves.
