✨ Special delivery 🖼️

It was such a pleasure to see Jane Li Art as she delivered some brand-new artwork to Aspects this week!

Jane Li is a painter and a photographer, originally trained as an artist in China. When she moved to Australia, Jane fell in love with the beautiful native flora and fauna. In 2015 she became a Kings Park volunteer guide and served over 10 years in the role before recently retiring to focus on other projects. The knowledge Jane gained about native plants throughout her time at Kings Park helped her to understand the plants and gave her inspiration. She started to draw them to help her remember the botanical name and make her guided talks more interesting.

We would like to thank Jane for her years of service at Kings Park, and we are delighted to share her beautiful artwork with you at Aspects. Select prints of Jane’s work are available to buy in our online store at https://bit.ly/4pmNaMH, while other pieces can be discovered exclusively in-store. Visit our website to find out more about our artists or come into the gallery and speak to our friendly team!

A commissioned art work. My first art work of Eucalyptus erythrocytes, also known as Illyarrie, Red-capped Gum.
Before I painted it I took many photos and chose one that is close to my design. I had a study of the flower structure like where is the stamens grow and directions.Jane Li
