The W.A Men's u/18's players recently participated in a Leadership Bootcamp with the W.A Institute of Martial Arts. The gruelling 2-hour session combined extreme strength and conditioning with an array of difficult exercises promoting both team work, respect and discipline. Many thanks to Graham, Phil and Andrew from WAIMA for their incredible contributions to our teams development, and thoroughly look forward to working with them again in the future!!
