The best habit I have instilled into my life has absolutely been a morning walk around the park everyday.

If you can then do it with the person you love the most it’s an amazing way to connect with each other and check in daily 🫶🏼

Get outside and touch some grass people, you won’t regret it.

Last year for my birthday I sparred thirty one rounds consecutively and raised over ten thousand dollars for men’s mental health, which was amazing.

This year, I wanted to continue doing something that gets me deep out of my comfort zone in order to just continue growing and learning more about myself. And this year, it’s been running a marathon.

Before this year, I’d run ten k’s maybe twice, so it was definitely something that was gonna get me deep out of my comfort zone.

And today, I ran my first half marathon. And surprisingly, with all the preparation I’ve been doing, it felt quite comfortable, which was nice.

But it hasn’t been an easy journey up until now. Lots of little injuries. Knees, hips, lower back have all given up on me, and there’s been many times where I’ve wanted to quit.

But I thought now that I’m at the halfway point, I wanted to share this publicly to keep myself accountable so that I continue on this path.
