The ladies are Chayson training their Posterior (Back) Chain. Often overlooked, the Posterior Chain can help in explosive movements such as the Kettle bell swing, assist in your dead lifts and everyday activities such as picking things up and improving your posture.

Sessions are ran under an ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach and current Australian Defence Force member.
