Well we're finally here! The last day of the World Youth Championships with the gold and bronze medal playoffs:

In the women - USA v RUS (bronze) @ 2.10pm
HUN v GRE (gold) @ 3.30pm
In the men - SRB v CRO (bronze) @ 12.40pm
ITA v HUN (gold) @ 5.00pm

There's been some thrilling games during the opening session on Day 8! Romania v USA and Australia v Greece both playing out thrilling 5-8 classification games. AUS v GRE went to extra-time while Romania held off USA 12-10!

In the women Australia and Canada both won their playoff games to finish the tournament on a high! Standings: CAN-5, NZL-6, AUS-7, BRA-8! Stay tuned for the evening men's semi-finals with HUN v SRB and ITA v CRO!
