Debate- Lure choices, let's clear this up.

There's no right or wrong way to do something if it works, so if your the type who has faith in the flamboyant 🦩 pink or fluro yellow stick baits when your spinning, if it worked and you can replicate that success your on ...

For me I can't go past the natural colours.
For instance this nomad in the coral trout scheme out fished everything else we threw top water in the monties, it felt like cheating and was surprised it made it home with the amount of fish it entised.

In the 2nd pic I was imitating a mullet, or herring with the 160 shiverstick, as they run the coast in schools in the summer months and probably the no.1 on the menu for Spanish, and big tailor.

So I base my choice on a blend of common sense and repeating results from previous success.

Still can't find these bright pink baitfish you all imatating 😭😂 but you get results? That also counts, run with what you have faith in, maybe they don't work for me because I don't tie one on, or buy them 😅. Maybe your targeting bi-curious fish 😅😂 jokes aside..

Not going into the science of UV colours ECT. But what is your reasoning?

Not someTing' id normally post 🤣 but One Ting' led to the other and collecting bait wasn't so simple when I could only find them in XXL haha this is by far the biggest sand whiting I've seen. Probably 40cm+

Just a bit of big perth tailor inspiration with a throw back post. 🫶 next few months are the best time of year if you pick your days, 20 minute window before and after first light being peak time for me

How about that. Bright hulk green wrasse nibbles into the 110mm shiverstick throwing some lures for the off chance i bump into some metro pelagics today 😂 he nearly went back as a strip bait but he was kinda fancy lookin
