- Blue book (with passport photo)
- Up to date (with record) BWA rego
- Up to date (within 12 mth) medical
- up to date serology (HEP, HIV & HEPb ATG)

WITHOUT THIS AT THE WEIGH IN YOU WILL BOT FIGHT. Please be organized coaches 👍

Here is a floor plan of how our event will be laid out ☝️

🗓️ Sat 3rd August 2024
📍 Serbian Community Centre, Kenwick
⏰ Doors open 3pm | First fight at 4pm
💰 $40 @ door = G/A | $25 KIDS | $125 = VIP

✅ VIP TABLES - SOLD OUT (bar 1 table… Get in quick)
Pick up your lanyards at the door or before Saturday.

✅ WARM UP AREAS - The rear section of venue (where rear bar is) will be petitioned off to create comfortable warm up areas away from the crowd. Security will monitor this area to keep it BOXERS, COACHES & OFFICIALS ONLY!

✅ FIGHTER ENTRY - The boxers will glove up just inside the petitioned warm up area and wait till their name is called… They will then approach the ring via the red carpet runway once they hear their song. Please put headgear on inside the ring to allow the photographer to snap some great shots.

✅ BAR & FOOD - There will be front access from the normal area. VIP guests will have drink vouchers for any drinks, and a selection of food across the table.

✅ WEIGH IN - Ringfit Training Centre | 11 Faulkner ave, Belmont | Fri 6 - 7pm (no weight allowance) | Regional clubs can weigh at the evening (1kg allowance)

✅ PRE FIGHT DOC CHECK - Serbian Community Centre | Sat 3 - 4pm (don’t be late!!)

✅ PHOTOGRAPHY - .photo will be snapping pics all night and will release them on his page the following week. Please TAG HIM in all posts to promote him (as a thank you)….

✅ QR CODES - You will see QR codes around the event… That will link to Ringfit WhatsApp. Please send through pics & vids so we can continue to spotlight you all long after the event finishes.

✅ SOCIAL MEDIA - Please tag .promotions and your own club too… We can promote each other… Please be respectful online!

Thanks so much to all involved, and we are only sorry we can’t get more on… This will be an awesome event, and we can’t wait to experience it all with you… Please enjoy a great event and support your club, but be polite, respectful & courteous to all boxers, coaches, staff and officials. Any aggressive or rude behaviour will not be tolerated 🙏
