🤩🌄LARAPINTA MAGIC 🌄🤩

It’s been a few weeks since I returned from this AMAZING adventure, but I’m still feeling the echoes of this experience every day!

😍 Undoubtedly one of the highlights of my life thus far! 😍

Words & pics simply can’t do this experience justice, but here’s a glimpse…

🗺️ 18 days
🥾 230 kilometres (around 60km barefoot 🦶👣)
🌞 Days: up to 27°C
❄️ Nights down to -5°C… more than once we woke to a thick layer of frost on our sleeping bags 🧊😲
🏞️ we hiked through ancient gorges, up epic peaks, amongst an abundance of STUNNING wildflowers… 🌸

WOW, just WOW… this experience was absolute heart medicine. 💗

I carried a tent the whole way, but never used it. Every night I gazed at the stars til sleep took hold… 🤩 shooting star record: 9 in about half an hour! 🌠💫😍

So many beautiful connections too! With the land, with other awesome hikers, and with myself. 🧘‍♀️💗

Sharing stories, laughs, poems, songs, snacks and spirit. Special thanks to Georgia Rose for the entertainment - 18 days of hilarity with this one! Made plenty of new friends too… a couple of blokey retirees became our trail BFFs 😂

Loved the long stretches of quiet walking… mindful, spacious, deeply grounding. 👣💓

If you have ever been to one of my yoga classes over the years, you have almost definitely heard Yaima. I’ve woven their music into over half of my playlists!
