“IMPORTANT UPDATE!”

Cockburn Tribe! As you know Cockburn ARC is undergoing renovations to make the gym bigger and better! This means that there has to be some rescheduling and adjustments to the timetable. The main studio will be closed and we will only have the mind,body studio for awhile. This means that body combat will need our time slot to be able to accomodate members. We have been moved to Wednesday’s at 10:40am. I know this day and time slot may not be accomodating for everyone but hopefully you will all still be able to come shake it with me!
This new day and time will commence on Wednesday the 23rd of October as I’m on placement for the next few weeks and unfortunately clashes with my schedule.

BOOM!! 💥 What a ride! 8 weeks of training and now I’m a qualified Les Mills TONE™ instructor! One of the most challenging things I have done but I did it! I’m so proud of myself for achieving this and excited for things to come! Thanks to .chids and the amazing team I trained with! You guys rock! ✌🏽
