Weight Loss Sasha's passion for health and fitness stemmed from her coaching children at a swimming club whilst at university. From this, Sasha realised how rewarding it can be to help people achieve their goals. She says the most important thing when kick-st

arting your fitness journey is to just start! There is no "getting ready to start", or "I will when I have more time". Sasha says to make yourself a priority, block out the time for yourself and remember that results will come with consistency over time. Sasha loves to train people by incorporating functional movements, bodyweight and weights, as well as making the whole experience fun. She is a big believer in correct form and getting your movements right to ensure that you are getting the most out of what you are doing. Sasha has recently qualified for her pregnancy and postpartum certificate as found during her own pregnancy there was a gap in what was offered. She truly feels like women need to take their time as well as care for their bodies in returning to exercise and the gym and ditch the idea of bouncing back in unrealistic time frames. Outside of the gym you can find Sasha sprinting around playing touch rugby, baking new dessert recipes or taking care of her son Lennon.

Sasha has approximately 4 years of experience, working with various types of clients, from young to the elderly, sport specific to those who also need rehabilitation. She specialises in women’s weight training and women’s weight loss.

Sasha has always had a passion for helping people and she believes that everyone has the opportunity to become the best versions of themselves and achieve their goals.

Sasha has a holistic yet straight forward approach to health and fitness, making it simple (doesn’t mean easy), yet educational for her clients. Her approach involves engaging and developing each person through their journey. She believes in creating a long-term sustainable balance between lifestyle, fitness and nutrition to achieve optimal physical and mental health.

Sasha also has further qualifications in advanced to weight loss management, suspension training, kettlebell training, circuit training, freeFORM board training and more.
