My clients safety is of upmost importance which is why I don’t lead my classes in the dark with disco lights.

It’s really important as an instructor that I can see what’s going on in the class & that my clients can clearly see me.

I run a fitness class not a discotheque.

There is no judgement in my classes, just fun & hard work 😜

I also carry qualifications in group fitness.

Zumba is amazing at shifting belly fat due to the Latin style dancing.
