Lacking structure & variety with your training whilst up on site? Need help with nutrition choices to help achieve your training goals?

Happy Chinese New Year 2022 (or in other words Gong Xi Fa Cai!) to all my Chinese family and friends celebrating our Lunar New Year!! May all your dreams and wishes come true this year!!

Got the year off with a bang this year with a no excuses, 35 min AMRAP Crossfit WOD of my own creation:

5 x Chest to ground Burpees
10 x 12.5kg DB Thrusters
15 x Box-jumpovers (60cm box)
20 x dual 12.5kg Front squats
20 x KB Swings (24kg)
15 x Toes to bar (T2B)

Managed to sneak in 4 rounds with 2 mins 15 left. Starting back, I'm happy with that. Will aim for 5 rounds in a few weeks.

Am definitely so much more motivated for personal and physical changes this year; used this extra drive to get through that 4th round as my mind was telling me NO! Yelled at myself in my own mind and got on with it!!!
