I am a forty seven year old mother of two teens who has found a passion for fitness! Too many years of putting everyone else first has made me unhappy and in January 2015 I found myself. Thirty kilograms and 100+ centimeters later I am so excited to learn more about what I love, and to use my new skills combined with my previous skills (as a mother and early childhood educator) to empower children

to learn to love fitness. We have an ever-growing obesity problem and I want to stop it where it begins - in childhood!
