Hi everyone


We are back from an unforgettable, month-long trip for my 40th birthday. All the stations we stayed at, Exmouth and Karijini were just beautiful! Full of memories that we will cherish forever.

Classes start back this coming Tuesday 4 August and we will continue on with the last 4 weeks of this class block.

If you have already booked your space in class, this is just a reminder that we will be back to Tuesdays and Thursdays from next week. This block of classes will run up until Thursday 27 August.

As always, our classes feature our small Pilates props - soft balls, long bands, sensy balls, toning balls, Pilates circles and sliders! These props will enhance our practice and help us achieve better results, no matter your fitness level.
