“I started training under Chris about 6 years ago, and then again consistently for the past 9 months in an online format. As a young endurance athlete, I came to him with the goals of getting stronger and becoming a more well-rounded athlete.
Since working with Chris for the last 9 months, I’ve added 17.5kg to my squat, 10kg to my bench
and a massive 20kg to my deadlift. For the first time in my life I feel and look strong as opposed to skinny, something I never thought would be attainable for myself with my background.
Chris is a massive wealth of knowledge who can tailor to so many different types of people, applying his experience to help achieve goals and break limits.
