Hey Guys!

Welcome to our updated page for Tony's PT.
He has been working really hard since our BC days and the new studio (still in Ossy Park) looks amazing.

Tones and Christian are running private sessions only and are nearly at capacity. Most evenings are fully booked but I believe Tony still has some early & mid morning availability, if you're keen to get going.

He is still considering some small boxing group/training for the near future so if you're keen please let us know. xx Jody

Please allow a little extra time to get here **for the remainder of the week. The Stephenson Road project is in major works at present and there are many detours and lane closures at either end.
Scarborough Beach Road & John Sanders Drive are heavy with traffic.

Hey Crew!
Jodie Abela is raising money for THREE amazing charities: RSPCA WA, Starlight Children's Foundation Australia & Beyond Blue.

Jodie lost her sister tragically 10 years ago and this month Lydia would have celebrated her 30th birthday.

These three amazing charities meant alot to Lydia which is why Jodie chose them in her memory.

We’d love to show Jodie the BC community is behind her and think that together maybe we could add $400 to her total 🙏

Tony and I will kick off with the first $100, leaving $300 for everyone else to chip in for.

Who’s ready to take their training up a notch? Our MYZONE MAY CUP starts next Saturday, 1st of May.

So what do you need to do?
👉🏼Let Jody know you want to compete
👉🏼Be prepared to train at least 3 days a week to make the cut.
👉🏼Have a Myzone belt (in good working order!)

To be eligible for a prize you must make atleast 3000 MEPS throughout May.

FIRST PLACE will take out the converted ‘BC CUP’ Trophy 🏆 Trust me when I say; “you are going want this”

👉🏼2nd, 3rd , 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th will all score an ARH-MAZING face mask, with built in Bluetooth headphones (see pics). WHAT A PRIZE!!!!
So worth a training a whole month for 😛

▪️MEAT FREE▪️ Good Friday Curry.
We literally don’t care what vegies go in, so we add anything we have 😂
Parboil potatoes, fry the onions, add the vegies and cook for a few minutes. Now add coconut cream & curry paste or herbs or whatever you like (we went with green & red curry paste). Cook down for another five minutes then add some spinach. Made in 30 minutes 😛 now off to enjoy the day. Happy Easter x
