This is a casual class where we will be doing an all over body workout enhancing your flexibility, strength & stamina.

Classes are catered toward all fitness level's whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned pro.👌🏼

If we are in a ‘do not laugh’ situation…DO NOT LOOK OVER AT ME!! 😂😂

What I love most about going to class each week is seeing each and everyone of my ‘friends’. I do not think of my classes as work nor do I think of you as my clients!!

Each week it feels like a social catch up with all of you! 👯‍♀️ I love the banter that goes on, the chats about what’s been happening since the last class & most of all I love the laughter!! 😂

That is what brings me so much joy as an instructor is seeing you have fun!! The other thing I love is seeing someone who is new to class & knows nobody then over the next 1-2 classes all of a sudden there are these beautiful friendships that have formed! ✨

I just want to say THANK YOU!! You all bring me so much happiness at each class & I love our catch ups even if I have to run class over a few minutes from all the chatter we have at the start!

UPPER BODY STRENGTH | CORE | FUN

If you have a wall 😝 & want to strengthen your upper body & core give these 4 exercises a go.

Make sure you warm up first & have plenty of room around you.

Aim for 45-60 seconds of each exercise rest & repeat 3 times.

4 Exercises to Engage your Pelvic Floor 😊

Here are 4 fast & effective exercises to help not only engage but also strengthen your Pelvic Floor muscles.👌🏼

You can do these anywhere, no equipment required & can be added onto your current workout routine or used alone.

I would aim for 10-15 reps of each exercises doing 2-3 sets with a 30 sec break in between sets.

We just got back from a weekend away down south for hubby’s birthday & it was amazing!!! 🙌🏼

Although the 3 1/2 hour drive home had me wanting to stretch and lengthen.

Being active is who I am, growing up in QLD I discovered dance at a young age & it became my life, I lived & breathed it. When I was in year 11, I commenced my teacher training & by the end of year 12 I was a fully qualified dance instructor & teaching full time. 🙌🏼

As well as teaching I was also performing professionally & even did a stint as a Brisbane Broncos Cheer leader for a few years.

I guess you could say my passion for teaching originated from a love of
movement and an understanding that it is such a key element in our physical, emotional & mental well-being.

I gave up dancing at the age of 24 & in 2007 my husband and I moved to Perth where I commenced my training in contemporary Pilates & teaching methodology. By the start of 2008 '𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘁’ was born! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I am so grateful that I get to do what I love & share what I love with you all & to help you look & feel amazing inside & out. 😊

5 minutes Abs 🔥

♡︎Low Single leg stretch x 4
♡︎Elevated single leg stretch x 4
♡︎Low criss cross x 4
♡︎Elevated cross cross x 4

Keeping the movement controlled I want you to repeat as many times as you can in 1 minute, rest & repeat 5 more times through. 👌🏼

Notes: Keep core engaged (go back 2 & 3 posts for my ‘how to engage your core’ post & ‘3 moves to deep core engagement’), head and neck relaxed & torso still & stable.
