Ever freeze or close your eyes when punches start flying? 🫣🥊

It’s the most natural instinct in the world, but blinking or blindly covering up is the fastest way to get caught in a combination. Experienced fighters stay completely calm under pressure because they use a guard that protects them without blinding them.

It’s all about creating a "window" for your vision. Here is the 3-step breakdown to maintain your composure when the pressure mounts:

1️⃣ Lock Your Stance: Keep your foundation strong so you don't get pushed off balance.
2️⃣ Knuckles to Forehead: When you see the straight punches coming, glue your knuckles right to your hairline.
3️⃣ Look Through the Gap: Keep your eyes open and look directly through the space between your hands. This keeps your opponent in sight so you can anticipate their next move and time your counter.

Once they finish their combination, immediately snap back into your standard fight stance, ready to return fire. 🎯
