REGO NOW OPEN!

SC is hosting its first ever Bench Press Open, an APU local level meet that can be used as a qualification for WA Bench Press States, currently scheduled for December 9th.

You can check the numbers needed for States qualification via the APU website under “resources” / “grading and qualifying”.

This is an awesome start point to further progress towards Bench Press Only competitions at state, national and beyond!

Entries close 15th October.

Exercise & nutrition have always been a huge part of my life. Overcoming my own health issues has made me realise how important these factors are to live a happier, healthier life. These challenging experiences have fuelled me to want to help others transform their own lives through the power of physical activity and proper nutrition.

I am currently in my last year studying a BSc with a major in Nutrition and minor in Health Promotion and I am excited to combine my knowledge to help others achieve their goals. 

Recognising no two athletes are the same, I will deliver individualised programming and provide you with an understanding of the unique ways in which nutrition influences strength training and overall well-being. I am here to be your coach and biggest advocate on your path to getting stronger and living a healthier life!
