I am a motivated and passionate trainer committed to helping people achieve a healthier, fitter and sustainable lifestyle. Being in the Dance and Pilates industry for over 7 years, my knowledge of the body and experience allows me to walk alongside clients to reach their goals and be the best version of themselves. With experiences of teaching both private and group classes, my sessions create a f

ull-body workout for my clients. In these sessions, we will aim to achieve new levels of strength with a focus on proper technique and postural alignment. Qualifications

Don't let any excuse stop you from exercising!

Keeping fit is important and should be included in your weekly activities. Start small and simple. Just 15 mins of skipping, running, push ups, squats, etc, can make a HUGE difference to your body and strength and mood!
