NEW AIRFARES TO PERTH SUPPORT WA BUSINESSES

The Australian Hotels Association (WA) has welcomed the WA Government’s partnership with Virgin Australia to offer discounted east coast airfares for the upcoming Calcio Italiano fixtures, noting it as a positive step for supporting visitation and the State’s tourism and hospitality sector.

AHA (WA) CEO Bradley B Woods AM said the initiative will help attract more interstate visitors, lift hotel occupancy and support local hospitality businesses during major events season.

“Anything that makes it easier and more affordable for people to visit Western Australia helps drive visitation and supports local jobs,” he said.

Thanks to everyone who voted our steak sanga as their favourite! Because now we’re heading to the finals of the Australian Hotels Association (WA) WA’s Best Steak Sandwich competition in Perth.

We’ve been lucky enough to been voted a favourite over the past few years, but this year we’re hoping to bring it home for Margaret River and all of the South West!

Wish our team luck as they head to compete at the Crown at the end of June.
