Conclusive face-off: Honey Badgers FC to Face kathrab United in FBWA League 2 Final.

Greetings, Badgers 🦡, What an incredible journey it has been!

A Brief Recap: With 3 Wins, 1 Draw, and 2 defeats, the Badgers advanced to the knockout round as the top two 3rd-placed teams from the group stage. Following a 90-minute football battle in the Quarter Final against an old established team with young guns "Ace of Spades," the match ended in a 2-2 tie. In a thrilling penalty shootout, the Badgers emerged triumphant with 11-10 score, securing a spot in the semifinals.

The semifinal was a bitter experience, trailing 0-2 against the formidable "North City Pazaps" in the first half. Despite two Badgers being forced to leave the field due to unfortunate injuries, the resilient Honey Badgers FC fought back vigorously in the second half, turning the game around to a 3-2 victory by the final whistle. A truly remarkable comeback!

In 2023, the newly established Honey Badgers FC are gearing up for their inaugural tournament's championship match. Tomorrow, they will face off against Kathrab United, a team they previously played to a draw during the group stage.
