Strong families. One of the great benefits of First TaeKwonDo training is the opportunity for our students to train with their family members. The whole family can enjoy physical benefits such as increased strength, flexibility, co-ordination, and fitness, as well as the many psychological benefits, which include; greater self-confidence, increased concentration, improved focus, and goal-setting strategies.

Over the decades, our team of experienced Instructors has taught countless families and assisted in strengthening their bonds through a common interest - a traditional martial arts journey in self-defence that provides crucial, life-long skills.

Even though First Tae Kwon Do WA is a Traditional martial art school, one that teaches discipline, our Progressive philosophy enables us to understand that ‘enjoyment accelerates learning’.
