September - THE COMEBACK! 👊🏽
You know when life just throws you curve balls that you have to catch and hold on to before you can pitch it back in to the universe!? Yeah, I’ve been in the trenches working on my throwing arm!
What a whirlwind of a couple of months this has been, but you know what, we’re handling it. During my countless hospital visits recently I learned a few things:
- Health is everything.
- Statistics show 1 in 5 pregnancies results in miscarriage. This means someone you know and love has probably experienced this heartbreak and you don’t even know.
- Humans do not share their trials and tribulations enough. Imagine if more people raised their hand and asked for the help and support they needed.
- Your support network is the most important thing in the world, allow them to be there for you.
- Your body knows what it’s doing. Let it take the time it needs to heal properly otherwise you’ll be forever plugging the holes.
This isn’t a sympathy seeking post. This post is for awareness that every person you meet is going through challenges you probably know nothing about, so be kind!
And if you are that person navigating something tough, ride the wave, take the helping hand, allow yourself time to heal, and continue to hold your head high being the badass that you are! And don’t forget, is ok to not be ok, and it’s ok to talk!
Here’s to the rest of 2024 ✌🏽
