This could simply be overuse due to more time sitting, playing on tablets and mobile phones 😬

Pain refferal patterns are usually our indicators of where to treat, but sometimes it may not be the true source 🤔

Breath in for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Breath out for 4 seconds
Rest for 4 seconds

Repeat this process for as many times nessesary until you feel back in the present moment 😊
