Gymnastics demands total dedication, complete commitment, and a desire to be the best you can be. The athletic skills and physical fitness stays long after competitive gymnastics has ended, but it is the mental strength that is the most important and stays with you longer than the ability to do the splits. CGA is wholly owned and run by Michele McDermott. It is a family run business which is registered and complies with all the regulations and policies of Gymnastics WA and the Federation of Australian gymnastics international division.
