Happy 4th Birthday to the real owner of Frank’s Gym 🐺❤️

And somehow, on International Dog Day too… the universe really knew what it was doing when it gave us Frank the Tank.
4 years of big paws, bigger personality, stolen snacks, gym inspections, questionable customer service and being the most important member of the team.
He may not pay rent, answer emails or clean the gym… but he does look good on the logo, so we’ll let it slide.

Strength has never just been about the weight on the bar. It’s about encouraging the person beside you. Celebrating someone else’s PB as if it were your own. Helping a new member feel welcome. Sharing knowledge instead of guarding it. Choosing to build people up instead of tearing them down.

In a world that often tells us to compete for attention, we’d rather compete to become better humans.
