Sometimes the goal is to train to failure 👀

To get stronger, we need to challenge ourselves physically and mentally, pushing close to our limit, recovering, then going again.

That’s exactly what our Strength classes are designed to do 💪

And yes… taking breaks is completely normal. In fact, it’s expected.

You should never feel defeated for needing to stop during a workout. Training near failure is where growth happens.

Our Strength classes combine dynamic Pilates principles with progressive strength training to create a balanced, functional workout that supports long-term health, movement and longevity.

Strength is built through simple movements done with intention:

A bittersweet goodbye to two very special humans 💙

Next week we’ll be saying goodbye to both Gin and Nicola, and while we’re so excited for their next chapters, they will be so deeply missed by our KX East Victoria Park community.

We are incredibly grateful for all the passion, experience, energy and love they’ve brought to the studio since their very first days. Both have made such a lasting impact on our clients and team alike ✨

Wishing Gin all the best on her next adventure, and Nicola the most amazing move to New Zealand!

Did you know our Basics classes are also a beautiful option for prenatal clients? 💙

At KX East Victoria Park, our supportive, slower-paced Basics classes are designed to help you move safely, build strength and feel confident on the reformer.

Perfect for:
✨ Clients brand new to Reformer Pilates
✨ Prenatal clients in their second and third trimesters
✨ Postnatal clients returning to movement (with GP/physio clearance)
✨ Anyone wanting to refine technique and move with more control

These classes focus on strong foundations, stability, pelvic floor engagement and supportive modifications where needed, all within a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Whether you’re preparing for birth, rebuilding strength postpartum, or simply wanting a slower-paced introduction to KX, this class is for you 💙

Please let your trainer know if you are pregnant so we can support you with the appropriate modifications throughout class.
