At KX East Victoria Park, our supportive, slower-paced Basics classes are designed to help you move safely, build strength and feel confident on the reformer.
Perfect for:
✨ Clients brand new to Reformer Pilates
✨ Prenatal clients in their second and third trimesters
✨ Postnatal clients returning to movement (with GP/physio clearance)
✨ Anyone wanting to refine technique and move with more control
These classes focus on strong foundations, stability, pelvic floor engagement and supportive modifications where needed, all within a welcoming and encouraging environment.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, rebuilding strength postpartum, or simply wanting a slower-paced introduction to KX, this class is for you 💙
