First game back of netball yesterday and feeling fabulous after a long recovery with my ankle we are back out there hitting the ground running ready for World Cup coming up in August and Pilates has been a massive factor of this with my rehab and progress. Never underestimate the power of Pilates and strengthening muscles you never knew you had 🙌🏽
