Casey and I wanted to sweat, just he could say he burned off all the beers he drank, and me with the junk food I ate. 🥨 with the weather being unpredictable, it had to be indoors.
This wasnt much, as we didn't quite feel the push. But did this just so we feel less guilty.
We also smashed out many reps of abs after.
Less than 20 mins of work, and the sweat is pouring.
I let him do 7 Cals and Burpees - that way he felt he could match me.
We Feel better now. 🤣😂

Just as we're about to take off, the flight attendant noticed what it said, came upto me and said she was offended. That I was to put a Jumper on as my shirt had offensive material on it. I innocently relied back, oh why? You know Craig?
She did not.
"It goes against all the airlines offensive policies"
Well, dang.
I kept calm, bit my tongue and politely turned it inside out.
I need my job. 🤣😂🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤣😂

The Don of BJJ!!
Casey's 14th is in less than a week, getting him grappling rashie + shorts, and meeting this legend was pure good timing!!
Both Casey and I were just starstruck! In awe!
This guy has done so much for the BJJ industry, and for the women affected in horrible circumstances within, he is the voice speaking out of behalf of them, Big ups bro! 🥨💥
So grateful for the opportunity to meet this legend, is the G.O.A.T
THANKS and for the hospitality, pizzas and offer for the drink! But i was driving.

Loving my new addiction.
I should've started this ages ago!
This has taught me that it doesn't matter how big or strong you are, we all have a weak point. We all have oxygen and blood pumping through our bodies, and this can be stopped by a little pressure.
This really humbles you, win or loss.
Good for the mind, not so for the body, well my body 🥴
Let's see how long my mind will stay in front for.. 🥨💪🏽

To start each set, 400m Run
