Due to the obvious, Friday class has been cancelled. I hope you have learnt enough over the last 3 years to be able to implement workouts on your own at home and continue to work on your fitness. Hopefully we'll be back sooner than we think but for now, thanks for everything 😘💪🏃‍♀️☕
