Hey everyone, I wanted to introduce myself and share a bit of my story with you! My name is Janos, and I'm a brother, husband, and proud father of two awesome kids - a daughter and a son. We also have two furry family members who bring us joy every day! 🐶🐶
Originally from Budapest, Hungary, my family and I emigrated to New Zealand in 2006 and later to Australia in 2018. As some of you may know, I used to be a professional ice hockey player and had the honor of representing the Hungarian national team on multiple occasions, winning medals at the world championships. But along with the success came challenges, including injuries, performance issues, fear, and anxiety.
However, my experiences have led me to where I am today. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to coach the New Zealand national men's ice hockey team and help them overcome obstacles for success. Currently, I run a private ice hockey school, working with a diverse range of clients to help them achieve their best.
In January 2023, I graduated as a professional counselor and established my private practice. My passion is helping people, and I specialize in youth and adolescents and all ages with sports performance issues, anxiety, and injury recovery. My goal is to help as many people as possible turn their lives around and find meaning and fulfillment.
