This weeks classes will be cancelled as I've just welcomed my second child into the world.

Classes will resume as normal next week from Monday 17/4. The schedule will be up over the weekend.

Class Focus: Conditioning

Our conditioning class is designed to improve your overall cardiovascular fitness and endurance. The focus of these classes is on getting your heart rate up and keeping it elevated for an extended period of time.

In the conditioning class, you can expect to participate in a variety of high-intensity exercises, focusses around interval and circuit training. These exercises are designed to work your entire body and get your heart rate up.

The goal of a conditioning class is to improve your stamina, boost your metabolism, and burn calories. By challenging your body in this way, you can increase your overall fitness level and improve your body's ability to perform physical activities.

These classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, as modifications can be made to tailor the workout to your specific fitness level.

Class Focus: Strength

The goal of our strength class is to improve your overall strength and muscle endurance. The focus of these classes is on performing exercises that challenge your muscles and increase their ability to generate force. By challenging your muscles in this way, you can increase your body's ability to perform physical activities and reduce the risk of injury.

In a strength class, you can expect to work with weights, resistance bands, or your own body weight to perform exercises that target specific muscle groups. These exercises are typically performed for multiple sets and repetitions, with short rest periods in between, to help build strength and endurance.

These classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, as modifications can be made to tailor the workout to your specific fitness level.
