Introducing Skill Development at Off The Field.

A structured program designed to support athletes across a wide range of sports; focused on learning the game, refining movement, and developing real, transferable skill through coaching, film study, and practical ex*****on.

We’re excited to have Jacob Blight of Blyt Development as one of our coaches working within the Skill Development program, bringing high-level experience and insight into athlete development and learning the game.

What to expect:
• Pro and semi-pro athletes developing the next generation
• Film study & learning components
• Skill acquisition and movement coaching
• Practical ex*****on with coached progressions
• Multi-sport focus with a wide range of athletes

These sessions combine education with ex*****on. Athletes will break down movements and decision-making through film, then apply it directly on the floor through guided coaching and structured progressions.

Built for athletes serious about development, growth, and understanding performance at a deeper level.
