⭐ It is with such a heavy heart that I have to announce that my last class will be on the 15th August 😥

My family has decided to make a seachange & will be relocating to Karratha to enjoy an endless summer 🌞 🌊 ⛵ 🐟 🏕️

I have absolutely LOVED shaking it with you all every week, & truly love our little community we have built together 💃💪

I will be attending other instructors classes for a couple of weeks after this date & will let you know if you would like to come try them with me!

Let's make these last 4 weeks count!!! 😃

I am so incredibly sorry, but I have to cancel tomorrow mornings class 🥺

I came up to Karratha for a day trip with my husband for his work, & our flight home tonight has been cancelled! 🤬 They can't get us home until tomorrow night!! Our babies are all in Perth so it's not ideal, but they assure us they can't get us home any sooner... 🙄

If you were planning on coming, please let me know & I'll promise to make it up to you 🤫🎉

I am SO SORRY for the late notice, but I have just received a POSITIVE PCR result 🦠

I took my kids to get tested today as they have mild symptoms, & thought I'd do a test first as an example to show them it didn't hurt 🤷😂

I've developed very mild symptoms this afternoon, but still can't really believe I have it! Send me all your healing vibes 💓

It is with a heavy heart that I have to cancel tonight's class... My husband has just tested positive to COVID-19 🦠 and I don't want to put any of you guys at risk of catching it from me while it's in my household.

This ☝️ makes me so incredibly HAPPY!!!

To be honest, I started teaching TJBWP classes more for my mental health than my physical health... I needed something purely for me, where I could escape from the everyday. Working out & TRULY ENJOYING IT with you, is the highlight of my week 🎉 any physical changes to my body are just a BONUS!! 💥
