For the official launch of your Ambitious Social Community “Strive2Thrive” we have non other than Marcel HOF running a free Breathwork session this Sunday morning 17th.

This is a FREE event but you MUST go on and register for your ticket via the link 🙌🏼

We are a group of like minded individuals who meet every week for ocean dips, chats and enjoy inspiring conversations over a hot drink 😃

The Breathwork is ADULTS ONLY. After the Breathwork we’d love kids and families to join us for an ocean dip, picnic / breakfast on the grass verge after the session.

SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENT

⁃ 6.30am meet up at Mullaloo Beach (see pin point on map attached)
⁃ 6.45am Breathwork and Introduction to Strive2Thrive
⁃ 7.45am Ocean Dip
⁃ 8.00am Family BYO Picnic, coffee & Chats
