Living out dreams and loving life is officially what it's all about - I've decided ✨🌈

I served my biggest crowd as a solo kirtanist this last weekend and taught my first ever Goddess Yoga session incorporating Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Mantra for a triple yogi power boost.

The feedback I got was sooo heart warming with people asking me for recordings of my mantras!
..Maybe this is the next step for me...? 🎡 That and holding regular Goddess Yoga Sessions locally πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ (TBC!!)

The best part was the sunflower on the program growing out of my head 🌻 I found this to be an amusing nod from the universe that I'm on track πŸ˜‰

Unforgettable weekend with lovely people wanting to co-create heart centred community at a time when it is very much needed.

Hark! A spring tour seems to have serendipitously unfolded around Australia's West Coast 🌼 so I thought I'd make this cheeky graphic to celebrate 🧚

Looking forward to playing with Justin for the first time in a while on the 2nd and then again on the 17th where I will also be rejoining Chinmaya, Shani and Devang at Beaconsfield ashram.

Will Amesz will be accompanying me once again on keys on the 24th 🎹

Choosing to speak now or forever holding my peace. ✌️

There are quite a number of us here in Australia not comfortable in getting the jib jab and I would like to call upon everyone's support in this time to do everything within our power to stand united and not give in to discriminatory societal structures.

Seriously - DIVIDE CAN DIE.

Also - thought I'd include a shout out to mother nature. God bless her. And to media terrorism traumatising the masses. Nice one. πŸ‘πŸΌ

Lastly, and more importantly that aaaaaaanything I wanted to share some LOVE. Seriously, I believe that's the true cure to the biggest s**t show of our lifetime. ❀️🀑❀️

*There's also a part where I say unfavourable and I meant to say favourable but I guess everything is divine so it came out as it did :P

I was surprised to hear some fiercely negative comments from people slandering those standing for freedom across Australia and the world the other day online.

Although there wasn't many - I truly believe this shame culture stops us from having a level of understanding between different perspectives.

I therefore decided to put a little yarn together about projecting shame and creating divide.

Pleasure to collaborate with these guys for Kirtan at Beacon Yoga Centre | Sivananda Ashram celebrating the Equinox.

This is one of the two times in each year when the day is of equal length to the night - representing perfect balance.

Whilst we chanted, the half full moon beamed down on us through the window. πŸŒ“

I feel this is representative of my inner momentum in that I'm finding balance emotionally and mentally through the challenges life presents itself with. I'm feeling less affected by things and therefore more in my creative power. ✊

I lead a chant repeating Saraswati's name (Goddess of creativity and wisdom) to reinforce that powerful creative energy in myself and others in the room.

Lovely evening and feeling very blessed that Kirtan found me on my path.
