Hi all,

Sunday on the 25th of January, Jack Becker will be running a workshop at the gym from 9am to 10:30am, the workshop will be about the mental aspects of the the sport and tools to understand your mind and have the best performance you can.

If you want to improve your pre competition or pre fight anxiety and understand a little more from someone with a lot of fight and competition experience the don’t miss it.

🔸ADCC Perth Open🔸

We had 3 competitors today at the adcc comp in Perth and we got away with 2 golds 🥇🥇and one bronze 🥉. Cograts to Fraser Celso and Hugh McCuaig on their gold medals and also good effort from Lachlan Walker on his bronze medal.

Nice run Fraser is on at the moment, winning the 30 vs 1 all for all challenge thing and now gold in the intermediate adcc comp. 👏🏻
