My hypnotherapy journey started when I read about a successful life coach travelling the world, helping women reconnect with their power. What stood out to me was her story how it transformed her own life first, especially after her divorce, losing her identity, and years of people-pleasing. She had tried every therapy under the sun… but this was the one that truly shifted things.

At the same time, I was on my own journey trying to understand myself on a deeper level. But I kept hitting the same walls. My inner demons, the constant questioning… What do I really want? Why do I feel not whole? The things we all quietly ask ourselves.

I was chasing quick fixes travel, shopping, partying, working too much. But at the end of the day, I felt more lost than ever.

That’s when I started exploring more unconventional paths. I went back to study, and I continue to do so. I’ve been mentored by incredible teachers in both hypnotherapy and spirituality, constantly refining my approach.

When you book with me, you won’t get a generic, textbook session. You’ll experience a personalised, integrative approach where you are truly seen and heard.

Because in a world of AI, real healing still starts with genuine human connection.

Heya! It’s been a little while 🤍

When my baby was born, life naturally became a balancing act. My priority has been clear caring for my baby so I slowed down significantly and worked intermittently while adjusting to motherhood and running two businesses. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s been meaningful in so many ways.

The good news… I now have more time again ✨
I’m currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternate Saturdays to support more clients.

I truly love what I do, and motherhood didn’t change that it deepened it. It made me realise even more that this is the work I’m meant to continue.

Disconnect to connect.

In this day and age, we are highly stimulated…kids and adults alike.
Although it serves us we could easily fall into the trap of always hustling… always doing something. And it's not good for our mental health, emotional health or physical health.

Now more than ever, we need to prioritise real rest. We need to prioritize a time to disconnect to connect to ourselves and to JUST BE.
