This is why I do what I do and why I love my job❤️
Health and fitness means different things to everyone and it is not always wanting to look a certain way.

Read below about my client baileys journey so far with me , I am beyond proud of her and having her be able to move pain free and up her sessions to two a week is an achievement well done one proud coach here ❤️💪

Hoooooge accomplishment was made yesterday n I’m so damn proud of myself.
I started with Inspired back in July to strengthen the muscles in my lower back due to having degenerative disc disease and 2x bludging discs.
I was done with being in pain daily and made changes.
I had to make the decision to cut lifting out of my part-time job which was a huge part of my job but landed a new full time position in the office which has been great and I’m loving it.
Got rid of the fear of exercising, thought I would put myself in more pain if I tried.
And stopped feeling sorry for myself.
Yesterday I did my first rack pull WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!
I have never been so grateful to meet Rachael. Not only has she helped me to move pain free again but I have gotten an amazing friendship out of it ❤️
