This is why I do what I do and why I love my job❤️
Health and fitness means different things to everyone and it is not always wanting to look a certain way.

Read below about my client baileys journey so far with me , I am beyond proud of her and having her be able to move pain free and up her sessions to two a week is an achievement well done one proud coach here ❤️💪

Hoooooge accomplishment was made yesterday n I’m so damn proud of myself.
I started with Inspired back in July to strengthen the muscles in my lower back due to having degenerative disc disease and 2x bludging discs.
I was done with being in pain daily and made changes.
I had to make the decision to cut lifting out of my part-time job which was a huge part of my job but landed a new full time position in the office which has been great and I’m loving it.
Got rid of the fear of exercising, thought I would put myself in more pain if I tried.
And stopped feeling sorry for myself.
Yesterday I did my first rack pull WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!
I have never been so grateful to meet Rachael. Not only has she helped me to move pain free again but I have gotten an amazing friendship out of it ❤️

Client shout out
This mum and daughter duo have been training with me 2-3 times a week the past 6 weeks

Jordan the daughter had a ankle reconstruction,her mobility was limited.from someone that played alot of sports and was quite physically active to then not being able to do the things she loved was very hard for her and she lost her confidence
We set a goal to be able to move Pain free and for her to be able to follow a program on her own in the gym
In 6 weeks Jordan's confidence within herself and stepping door in a gym on her own was regained
We dropped over 30cm ,5kgs and a dress size
She made some simple lifestyle changes was consistent and worked her ass off and I am so very proud of her ❤️

Mumma bear Belinda
Has bursitis in her hip and has not really weight trained in the past.
She wanted to learn how to use weights and start to feel good about herself.
We dropped over 25cm and she has gained strength and confidence in her own abilities.learnt some new things along the way and had a hoot in the process.
Made some lifestyle changes and worked her ass off also

Really enjoy our sessions together guys it's always a laugh and you both work so hard and it definitely shows one proud coach here❤️💪
